About half of my practice consists of local government representation. The remainder is real estate, estate planning, probate, collections and general business matters. We strive to provide prompt and professional services with personal attention and care.

With over 42 years of practice in the intellectual prooperty area and contracts I can bring efficiency and experience to the benefit of cliens. My practice covers patents, copyrights, trademarks, secrecy obligations and related contracts and litigation. Mediation of conflicts is also one of the the areas that my experience is put to good use.

I have a B.A. from Albion College (1991) and a J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School (1996). I am very knowledgeable with respect to personal injury law including no-fault, dog bite liabilty, premises liability and automobile negligence. I have spent most of my legal career as a research and writing specialist. I am an active member of the Michigan Association for Justice amicus committee and legislative committee.

I have been practicing law since 1989. My practice over the past decade has focused on Debt Solutions for individual Chapter 7, 13, and debt settlement. I have practiced in areas of residential and commercial real estate, criminal defense, and probate law.

Dean Greenblatt is an attorney licensed in Michigan and Florida. Dean holds single, multi-engine, instrument, glider and seaplane ratings and has over 4000 hours flying as an Airline Transport Pilot, flight instructor and professionally for the USAir Group and Kitty Hawk Inc.
