Holmes Sturgeon has practiced law throughout the counties of Southwest Mississippi since 1989. He is originally from Woodville, Mississippi, which is where he maintains his primary office.
Mr. Sturgeon graduated with honors from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in biology.He lettered in track there and was a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon. Mr. Sturgeon was also a member of Omicron Delta Kappa honor society. He graduated from law school from Ole Miss in December of 1988, and was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in March of 1989. Peyton Moore was born in Flowood, Mississippi and raised in Tupelo, Mississippi. He is the son of James and Lorela Moore. Peyton graduated from Saltillo High School before attending The University of Mississippi, where he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. Peyton received his J.D. from The University of Mississippi School of Law. Peyton and his wife Mollie have one son, Parker.

In addition earning a J.D. from The University of Mississippi School of Law, both of Tingle Law Group, PLLC's attorneys graduated magna cum laude from The University of Alabama School of Law with an LL.M. in Taxation, and their previous work experience has included employment with the Internal Revenue Service and non-profit legal organizations to private practice.
