Martin Hart has over 20 years legal experience in Clark County. First as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Pavlikowski, then almost seven years as a Deputy District Attorney and as a defense attorney as of July 5, 2005. He wrote his first appellate brief while still attending The University of Idaho College of Law and argued in front of the Nevada Supreme Court the day after he was sworn in as an attorney. Additionally, Martin Hart took and passed the Nevada state bar prior to his graduation from law school.

Cristina Hinds received her undergraduate degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1995. During her political science studies, she spent a semester in Washing-ton DC interning for Senator Richard Bryan while studying the legislative process.
She later attended the University of San Diego School of Law and received several first place awards for Moot Court competitions. Bruce D. Tingey was born in Alexandria, Virginia, in 1963. He attended University of Nevada at Las Vegas and Brigham Young University, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988. He also attended California Western School of Law, where he received a Juris Doctorate degree in 1991. He was admitted to the California State Bar in 1991 and the State Bar of Nevada in 1993. Bruce is a member of the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Law Foundation, and the Nevada Justice Association.
