Amanda was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. After attending the University of Nevada, Reno, she moved to Las Vegas to attend the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Amanda received her law degree in 2020, and passed the Nevada Bar in 2020. After graduation, she began as an associate attorney at Goldsmith & Guymon.

Charles E. Kelly has a unique background that enables him to represent clients and provide them unique perspectives based upon his training and experience. He is a Former Federal Prosecutor. As such he conducted many sophisticated jury trials; particularly in White Collar criminal law cases and drug cases. Phil Aurbach graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1973 in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated in 1977 after serving as the Research Editor of the San Diego Law Review.
