Mark Goodman received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkley in 2001 and his law degree in 2005 from the University of San Francisco. He is licensed to practice law in both Nevada, California, and nationally in proceedings before the United States Patent Office. In order to achieve this designation, he was required to demonstrate a high level of understanding of United States patent law and regulations and hold a degree in a scientific or technical discipline. Late 1980's and early 1990's worked for the State of Louisiana with the AG's Office and Department of Environmental Quality. Mid 1990's to 2005 worked as a part-time public defender. Experience as first chair in Capital Murder cases. As a sole practioner, I also had experience in Bankruptcy, Faimily Law, Divorce, Personal Injury, Toxic Torts and Criminal Defense. Currently working for the State of Nevada doing exclusively Workers' Compensation

Neil is a Nevada Board Certified Family Law Specialist that has practiced in Las Vegas since 1988. He is AV rated ( Pre-eminent) with Martindale Hubbell and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Neil handles simple and complex family law matters including custody, high end asset division, alimony and business division issues. Neil has handled domestic and international custody and relocation cases and has argued before the Nevada Supreme Court. Amanda was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. After attending the University of Nevada, Reno, she moved to Las Vegas to attend the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Amanda received her law degree in 2020, and passed the Nevada Bar in 2020. After graduation, she began as an associate attorney at Goldsmith & Guymon.
