Mark Goodman received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkley in 2001 and his law degree in 2005 from the University of San Francisco. He is licensed to practice law in both Nevada, California, and nationally in proceedings before the United States Patent Office. In order to achieve this designation, he was required to demonstrate a high level of understanding of United States patent law and regulations and hold a degree in a scientific or technical discipline. Late 1980's and early 1990's worked for the State of Louisiana with the AG's Office and Department of Environmental Quality. Mid 1990's to 2005 worked as a part-time public defender. Experience as first chair in Capital Murder cases. As a sole practioner, I also had experience in Bankruptcy, Faimily Law, Divorce, Personal Injury, Toxic Torts and Criminal Defense.
