Mark Goodman received his Bachelor’s Degree from UC Berkley in 2001 and his law degree in 2005 from the University of San Francisco. He is licensed to practice law in both Nevada, California, and nationally in proceedings before the United States Patent Office. In order to achieve this designation, he was required to demonstrate a high level of understanding of United States patent law and regulations and hold a degree in a scientific or technical discipline. Amanda was born and raised in Reno, Nevada. After attending the University of Nevada, Reno, she moved to Las Vegas to attend the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law. Amanda received her law degree in 2020, and passed the Nevada Bar in 2020. After graduation, she began as an associate attorney at Goldsmith & Guymon.

Phil Aurbach graduated from Western Kentucky University in 1973 in Business Administration with a Finance emphasis. He then attended the University of San Diego School of Law and graduated in 1977 after serving as the Research Editor of the San Diego Law Review. After a brief period with the Clark County District Attorney’s office and several law firms, until 1988 when Mr. Aurbach merged his firm with Al Marquis' firm to form Marquis Aurbach.
