Oscar J. Barbosa founded Diaspora Law aiming at connecting community-oriented attorneys to provide comprehensive immigration services. Erika is an experienced litigation attorney practicing before New York State Courts, New Jersey State Courts, the United States District Court, and administrative agencies. Her practice focuses on employment litigation matters, protecting the rights and interests of individuals in the workplace. Her clients include victims of harassment, discrimination, and other individuals who have been wrongfully terminated. She also helps indivduals recover compensation for owed wages, including unpaid overtime or minimum wage violations, and for violations of federal, state, and local leave laws including the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).

Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.

My practice focuses on the protection of brands, products, and services through the application of trademark, copyright, design, trade secret, and commercial contracts in transactional and litigation matters. My background as the founder and designer of an international consumer goods company lends me practical business insights into my clients' legal needs.
