As a former federal prosecutor and an Assistant District Attorney in Manhattan, I also understand how the other side thinks. With ten of my 30 years of legal experience devoted to prosecution, I have unique insight into how both New Jersey state and federal authorities bring charges and how they argue cases.

Oscar J. Barbosa founded Diaspora Law aiming at connecting community-oriented attorneys to provide comprehensive immigration services. He graduated from Widener University, Delaware School of law a member of the Transactional Law Honor Society, Dean’s List, and president of the Brehon’s Irish Law Society and Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Prior to joining Selem-Antonucci, Joseph was the law clerk to the Honorable James J. McGann in Monmouth County Superior Court. Doug Kortrey is a former in-house attorney who has held various positions in privately held and publicly traded technology and communications companies and who specializes in the areas of commercial contracting, licensing (software, content and other intellectual property), employment law, telecommunications, law department management and intellectual property portfolio management. He has served as an advisor to and counseled start-up, growth and mature companies for more than 25 years providing legal and business advice to technology innovators on new product development and in negotiations of inbound services agreements, marketing and distribution agreements, and domestic and international outsourcing arrangements.

Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.
