Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.

My practice focuses on the protection of brands, products, and services through the application of trademark, copyright, design, trade secret, and commercial contracts in transactional and litigation matters. My background as the founder and designer of an international consumer goods company lends me practical business insights into my clients' legal needs.

Paul Pawlowski joined the Law Firm of Schiller & Pittenger, P.C. in 2009. Since then, he has continued to represent companies in several areas, including, but not limited to asset sales, development and real estate transactions.
