I practiced for over 42 years as a patent,trademark and copyright litigator. I also counseled clients in the areas of patents, trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition and copyrights. Since 2006 I have been acting as a mediator and arbitrator in a wide variety of cases, some involving intellectual property but many others oin other areas of the law.
