His emphasis is on estate planning and administration, elder law and school law. He also provides services in real estate and assists those clients who own a family business. Mr. Roberts was a Town Justice in Lewisboro for many years, and is also a Certified Hearing Officer for the New York State Department of Education.

During law school, he interned for the Rockland County District Attorney's Office.
