James Melita, who grew up in Gloversville, graduated from Plattsburgh State University of New York with a major in political science and a minor in economics. He then graduated from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Michigan. After graduating from law school, James Melita formed his own law practice with a main office in Albany, NY, specializing in Traffic Defense Law, Collections Law, Family and Matrimonial Law, and Real Estate Law.

Mr. Krohn has been an advocate for seniors for nearly 30 years. He is an active member of the American Bar Association, New York ad Florida State Bar Associations, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Orange County Bar Association.

With more than 35 years of sports law and business background, Mr. Tarone has been a certified NCAA, NBA and NFL agent, a manager of LPGA golfers, and adviser to amateur and Olympic athletes. He is a lecturer at the Marino Institute for Continuing Legal Education in NYC on topics of amateur and professional sports and a regular attendee at the annual Harvard Law School's sports symposia.
