After 15 years with other firms, I started my own law practice in 2004. I am a disability lawyer practicing before the N.C. Industrial Commission and the Social Security Administration.

I am a civil litigation attorney and have litigated cases since 1998, with first chair trial experience. In my career, I have pursued and defended wrongful death claims, traumatic brain injury claims, minor to severe automobile injury claims, sovereign and governmental immunity claims, inadequate security claims, nursing home/elder abuse claims, and trucking litigation. I also have extensive District Court criminal defense experience, have tried workers' compensation hearings, and argued to the Full Industrial Commission. I have deposed accident reconstruction experts, economists, life care planners, and medical experts, as well as lay witnesses.

Todd has been a member of the Womble Carlyle since 2002 and serves in the firm's labor and employment practice group. He focuses on employee defection matters and is a recognized litigator of disputes involving noncompete and nonsolicitation agreements, trade secret misappropriation matters and unfair competition issues. Ravi Manne is an immigration attorney based in Raleigh, NC. He has a diverse legal and business background that includes working with the Securities & Exchange Commission, North Carolina Legal Aid, and the District Attorney's office. Over the past few years, Mr. Manne has concentrated his practice on immigration. Robert was born and raised in Jacksonville, NC. In 2011, he graduated from East Carolina University with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Robert continued his education at Thomas M. Cooley Law School and graduated with a Juris Doctorate in 2013. Robert enjoys history and remaining active in community service. Whitney Hosey focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate, estate and trust planning, and communication and privacy law. At Wake Forest, Whitney served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Business and Intellectual Property Law, and has published numerous articles with the Journal.

Whitney earned her B.A. in History and Government from the University of Virginia. After graduating, she worked as an advertising executive in New York City where she managed advertising campaigns for Lowes Home Improvement and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. Whitney is a devoted UVA fan and enjoys reading.
