After graduating law school, Nichad gained valuable experience working at a Charlotte insurance defense firm, representing employers and insurance companies in complex litigation. Nichad later made the decision to dedicate his life to advocating for plaintiffs, and worked at a reputable personal injury firm in his hometown of Greensboro, NC. Mr. Davis is a general practitioner with concentrations in the areas of tenant representation, criminal law, traffic violations and small claims matters. He graduated from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 1996.

Prior to joining Ralston, Benton, Byerley & Moore in 2021, Catherine worked as an insurance adjuster for two large national insurance companies, where she gained valuable insight and experience on the innerworkings of claim handling. Thereafter, Catherine became an insurance defense attorney, where she represented a variety of insurance companies and employers against claims filed against them. In 2016, Catherine switched sides and began representing individuals in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.
