Mark’s practice is focused in the areas of civil litigation, business matters and construction law. His experience includes jury trials and diverse matters in civil litigation including contract, business and construction disputes, as well as real estate related actions for implied easements, partition proceedings, actions to set aside foreclosures, materialmen liens and commercial lease disputes. Other litigation experience includes insurance litigation, fraud and unfair trade practice claims, guarantor liability, homeowner association disputes with developers, personal injury, vehicle collision injuries, wrongful death and collection cases.

Glenn was born and raised in Rhode Island. He has traveled and lived in various places during his ten years of service in the United States Marine Corps. Glenn graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2002 with a B.S. in Accounting. Allison is the family immigration and removal defense attorney at Bashyam Global Immigration Law Group. She has been licensed in North Carolina since 2012 and is a NC Board Certified Specialist in Immigration Law.

His experience includes performing thousands of real estate closings, preparing hundreds of wills and forming hundreds of corporations and limited liability companies.

Jonathan was raised in Burlington, NC and attended UNC-Chapel Hill. He graduated from The University of Dayton School of Law in 2003 and worked for Taft, Taft and Haigler in Greenville and for Brock & Scott in Raleigh.
