Bob opened a solo practice to bring big firm legal services to small and mid-sized companies and individuals. Finding the right blend of old fashioned responsive service and cutting edge technology Bob has continued to represent some of the largest companies in North Carolina but is now able to bring affordable legal services to clients large and small.

I am of counsel with the Kellum Law Firm, which has ten offices in North Carolina. I am also a NC DRC-certified mediator. Prior to working for Kellum, I was self-employed in mediation, and prior to that I was a Special Deputy Commissioner at the North Carolina Industrial Commission. I have 16 years' of experience primarily in worker's comp law. I am also conversational in Spanish and am happy to represent Spanish-speaking clients as well as to conduct bilingual mediations.
