Our firm practices in the area of False Claims Act qui tam whistleblower, complex employment class action and ERISA litigation, federal appellate work, and union-side labor law. We have offices in Ohio, Massachusetts, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. Our attorneys are admitted to the courts in over a dozen states throughout the United States. The attorneys in our firm have represented dozens of False Claims Act qui tam whistleblowers, including a whistleblower in the recent $ 2.3 billion Pfizer pharmaceutical fraud settlement.

I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years. I practiced law generally in business real estate, title work and estate and probate matters. I have had experience before the Board of Pharmacy and other Administrative agencies and 501 c 3 matters.

From a career that has spanned the globe, Nancy Wagner has brought the breadth of her experience to her hometown, with a commitment to represent local families in their estate planning and probate needs. Ms. Wagner graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1995 and joined the Washington, DC, office of Fried, Frank. Her practice there encompassed a wide range of government contracts litigation and counseling as well as white collar criminal defense and investigations. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany on January 21, 1956. I attended the University of Akron and received my degree in Medical Technology in 1979. I went to law school at the University of Akron, School of Law and received my law degree with honors in 1993. I am licensed to practice law in all state courts in Ohio and am a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and the College of American Pathologists.

James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others. Outside of work, James enjoys playing golf and volleyball with friends, volunteering, and reading. He also speaks fluent Korean.

Ms. Meisenhelder joined the law offices of O'Connor, Acciani and Levy in 2012 and focuses her practice on Workers' Compensation and Social Security Disability claims. Jamie was admitted to the State Bar of Ohio in 2000 and brings a wealth of expertise, experience and knowledge to our firm.

Ms. Bagliore is a graduate from the University of Cincinnati College of Law that was admitted to the Ohio State Bar in 1980. Jayma is an Associate at the law offices of O'Connor, Acciani and Levy that practices in the area of bankruptcy law. Matt grew up the son of small business owners in Findlay and has had a passion for helping other entrepreneurs ever since. He spent many long days as a boy trying to sell paint and wallpaper to customers in his parents' store with his mother and many longer summer days painting houses with his father.
