Taylor Ward has extensive civil litigation experience spanning a variety of business and consumer related matters. By conducting many hearings and trials in the past two years, he is fully conversant in trial practice and advocacy. Mr. Ward devotes his practice to a wide range of contract disputes, personal injury, products liability, and many consumer related statutes including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Federal Truth-in-Lending, and the Ohio Unfair and Deceptive Practices Act, among others.

Jennifer is a managing partner of the firm working in the Business and Estate Planning Department. Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer provided legal services for the Office of the United States Attorney in the Northern District of Ohio. In that capacity, she assisted in the prosecution of federal crimes, including large-scale drug conspiracies, white-collar fraud cases, and crimes against children. Jennifer’s significant contributions in these prosecutions earned her numerous awards and recognition throughout her eleven-year career. Thomas Schaffer comes from a family of eight, and started working at age twelve for his father’s farm and grain elevator. Earlier on, he saw how working families struggle to make ends meet and learned the value of hard work, dedication, and commitment to family. Attorney Thomas Schaffer was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1990.
