For more than 25 years he has been helping individuals and businesses solve bankruptcy issues and is a highly valued member of our legal team. I was born in Frankfurt, Germany on January 21, 1956. I attended the University of Akron and received my degree in Medical Technology in 1979. I went to law school at the University of Akron, School of Law and received my law degree with honors in 1993. I am licensed to practice law in all state courts in Ohio and am a member of the American Society of Clinical Pathologists and the College of American Pathologists.

James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC. James represented and advised individuals and entities on matters regarding business formation, estate planning, residential and commercial real estate including resolving business disputes, tax matters, finance projects, and drafting and reviewing leases, and many others.
