Lawyer whose practice since 1984 has focused on insurance-related issues and disputes, particularly the representation of insurance carriers in coverage and bad faith litigation. Also have served as outside counsel to the Ohio Superintendent of Insurance in connection with the liquidation of a failed insurance company. After 40 years with Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss, more than 20 of them in the role of Director of Litigation, I have started DeBlasis Law Firm, LLC. I plan to continue practicing in the fields of civil litigation, bankruptcy, debtor-creditor, and real estate law. Although not a young pup anymore, I still have great energy and enthusiasm for the law and problem-solving.
