Attorney James A. Giles has been serving the legal needs of the people of Knox County, Ohio since 1981. Mr. Giles is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal services to the people of Mount Vernon and Knox County, protecting the family, and the rights of the accused. His office is in Mount Vernon, Ohio, next door to the Knox County Courthouse. I am a principal shareholder of Fields, Dehmlow & Vessels, LLC. I limit my practice exclusively to civil litigation with an emphasis on personal injury, insurance, and employee benefits (ERISA) litigation. I am licensed in both Ohio and West Virginia. Born and raised in Licking County, Attorney Seth Smith earned his Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee. He went on to graduate from Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, North Carolina. On return to Ohio, Seth interned in the Licking County Prosecutor’s Office where he discovered his passion was actually for criminal defense.
