As a graduate of San Jose State University and Case Western Reserve University School of Law, Mr. Enriquez is an Associate at O'Connor, Acciani and Levy. For more than 25 years he has been helping individuals and businesses solve bankruptcy issues and is a highly valued member of our legal team. I graduated in 1970 with a pharmacy degree and then with a law degree in 1973. I taught Pharmacy Law and business law at the Un of Cincinnati Coll of Pharmacy as an adjunct Prof for 25 years. I practiced law generally in business real estate, title work and estate and probate matters. I have had experience before the Board of Pharmacy and other Administrative agencies and 501 c 3 matters.

Our firm practices in the area of False Claims Act qui tam whistleblower, complex employment class action and ERISA litigation, federal appellate work, and union-side labor law. James primarily practices in immigration law. Prior to joining Wanglaw, James worked as a solo practitioner and worked with Mallory Law Office, LLC.
