Matthew J.P. Coffman has been passionate about helping people for as long as anyone can remember. It has been his desire to help those individuals who are truly in need. Jason is a founding partner at Mizak & Pacetti. For over a decade, he has guided clients across Ohio through complex civil litigation, contested probate matters, personal injury claims, and the negotiation of operating agreements, leases, corporate documents, and various contracts. He also works one-on-one with clients to craft tailored estate plans, including Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Living Wills.

Growing up in the blue-collar town that is Hamilton, Ohio, I know the hardwork and sacrifices given by workers in all types of industries and they respect they deserve.That is why I am passionate about fighting for workers' rights and ensuring that employees are treated justly. Whether fighting to make sure workers are able to keep their hard earned wages or helping employees who are dealing with discrimination, sexual harassment, disability, or family medical leave issues, I stand alongside my clients and work hard to ensure they are treated fairly under the law. I earned my Juris Doctorate in 1985 and my Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude with distinction in Economics and honors in Liberal Arts) in 1981, both from THE Ohio State University (Go Bucks!). I continued to send lots and lots of money to Ohio State as each of my 4 sons attended there (my daughter went to Otterbein) but still can never seem to get football tickets. I was elected to Phi Beta Kappa at OSU and enjoyed undergraduate life there. Law school was not nearly as fun. Over the years, I have handled literally thousands of cases before...
