I practice in the areas of antitrust and business litigation. I represent clients in a wide variety of antitrust matters, including criminal investigations and trials, civil actions and Hart-Scott-Rodino investigations,and have represented more than a dozen individuals in antitrust criminal investigations during the last five years, including a number of foreign nationals. I have experience trying both criminal and civil antitrust matters, as well as other complex business litigation, including class actions.

I have over 15 years of experience in U.S. Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio. I started law school while a Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories. An engineering education and background did not help with law school, but I find that many engineering principles, diligent analysis, and problem-solving thinking help with actual law practice.

After growing up in the Pittsburgh area, I attended Penn State, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree. I then attended Capital University Law School and worked with William J. Clark & Associates for 10 years. Since that time, I have practiced as a sole practitioner, currently located in Gahanna.
