Charles is a native of Centerville, Ohio and prior to entering law school earned his B.A. from Ohio University, an M.P.A. from Wright State University, and was employed for four years with the Montgomery County, Ohio Economic Development Department where he worked to assist local companies grow their business. Charles also managed the County's site selection program where he helped attract new business investment to the Dayton Region. Charles is trial attorney that focuses his practice primarily in the areas of criminal law, juvenile law, domestic relations law and criminal appeals.

Jason is a founding partner at Mizak & Pacetti. For over a decade, he has guided clients across Ohio through complex civil litigation, contested probate matters, personal injury claims, and the negotiation of operating agreements, leases, corporate documents, and various contracts. I started my first career out of graduate school as a policy analyst in the Office Of Public Safety for The Mayor of The City Of Los Angeles. I helped increase the quality of life of 12 million Angelenos and did not know any of them.
