I have been a practicing attorney for 24 years. Prior to obtaining my law license I worked as a paralegal and court reporter while in the Army and thereafter. My passion has always been looking out for the little guy whether it be dealing with the Bureau of Workers' Compensation or an insurance company.

I have been a practicing attorney focusing on all types of injury cases (automobile accidents, products liability, workers' compensation, etc.), wills and estates, probate, social security disability and domestic relations cases for over 30 years. I have extensive experience in all of those areas and have an AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell for over 17 years--the highest rating an attorney may have. I am a member of the American and Ohio Associations for Justice as well as a member of local bar associations.

Gabriela's passion for immigration law began with her family, most of which immigrated to the U.S. in the 1970’s. At that time, her family found themselves where many people find themselves today, out of status & unfamiliar with the immigration laws. Gabriela was born in the U.S. & because she was fluent in Spanish & English she accompanied her family to the local immigration office to translate & help with filing applications.
