I have practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over 50 years. I was an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP for over 25 years and now work as a solo practitioner from my home. I attended Colgate University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston. I have served as a member of the Board of Governors and as President of the Oregon State Bar.

Lucie was born and raised in Paris, France. Since she was a child and likely due to the influence of American movies, she dreamt of living in the United States. She decided to make her dream come true, and after graduating with a Bachelor of Law from the University of Paris X, with Honor, she traveled to the United States and studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, to improve her English. Justin Idiart began practicing in 2011 although he has been working in the legal industry since 1998. Justin graduated from the University of Oregon School of Law.

During law school, he clerked for the Honorable Daniel L. Harris in Jackson County Circuit Court.

He also received an MBA from Brigham Young University in 2007. Justin is fluent in English and Spanish.

My practice is limited to motor vehicle lemon law cases.
