Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

Amy Fassler is a native Oregonian, born and raised in Tualatin. During her last year in law school, Amy worked as a certified law student at Community Legal Services, assisting low income clients on family law matters. That experience proved so fulfilling that she chose to pursue a career in family law. Amy understands that each of her clients has a unique situation requiring an individualized approach. James Martin has been raising his family on Oregon's south coast since 2008. Previously, he graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1999. James served as a law clerk to a federal judge in Arizona before spending several years in the commercial litigation and school law sections of a large firm in Phoenix.
