I have a joint degree (MBA and JD) from Willamette University. My practice focuses primarily on Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy law. I represent many business owners who want to retain or wind down their businesses through the bankruptcy process. I do not do Chapter 11 business reorg work.

I have been an active member of the Oregon State Bar since 1978. I was admitted by the United States District Court in 1985 and by the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in 2001. Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school.
