Dian "Dee" Rubanoff is an equity partner with Williams Zografos & Peck, exclusively representing employers in labor and employment matters. Dee grew up in Southern California and fell in love with Oregon while visiting family. Dee was hired by a Portland law firm before graduating from law school. Prior to joining Williams Zografos & Peck in 2001, Dee practiced litigation and appellate law. In her spare time, Dee enjoys volunteering for non-profits, including Dress for Success, and spending time with her family.

I have practiced law in Portland, Oregon for over 50 years. I was an associate and a partner at Kell, Alterman & Runstein, LLP for over 25 years and now work as a solo practitioner from my home. James Martin has been raising his family on Oregon's south coast since 2008. Previously, he graduated magna cum laude from Wake Forest University School of Law in 1999.
