He graduated from American University in Washington, DC with a Bachelor's Degree in 1982. He then attended what is now known as Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE, graduating with his Juris Doctor degree in 1986. I am a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, where I served as Editor of the Law Review. I have been in continuous practice since October of 1984. I am also a proud veteran of the United States Air Force.
