Since 1991, I have been a trusted and professionally-recognized attorney offering an array of legal services in areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury and consumer bankruptcy. For more than 27 years, my practice has helped clients in the Philadelphia area (Montgomery, Chester, Bucks and Delaware counties) as well as throughout the Commonwealth, obtain justice as well as millions in damages for compensation.

I have been practicing law since 1992 and focusing in Elder Law since 1995. I help protect families from losing their savings to nursing home costs and help protect and care for their older loved ones. I help families with: Medicaid and Asset Protection Planning, Estate Planning (Wills, Trusts, POAs, etc.), Estate Administration, Guardianships and Real Estate Transactions. I have represented many non-profit and for profit elder care institutions and have represented the Montgomery County Office of Aging and Adult Services since 1999.

Annemarie E. Ward was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she attended Central High School. She went on to continue her education at Temple University. Aaron is an experienced trial and appellate attorney. He got his undergraduate degree from Temple University with a major in political science. He then attended Delaware Law School where he earned his Juris Doctor. Aaron practices criminal and civil law. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and the federal courts. Aaron has witnessed both the extraordinary greatness and fairness of the legal system as well as its outrageous miscarriages of justice. Josh has practiced labor and employment law since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1986, first in his own practice and later as a partner in Brodie & Rubinsky. In addition to labor and employment, his practice includes small business counseling and litigation, wills and estates. Prior to his admission to the bar, Josh was the Director of the Center for Fair Employment, an organization providing advice and assistance to employees in labor and employment matters.

For more than 18 years, Sandra Thompson Esq. has worked to better the lives of her clients. She has worked in various aspects of the law as a case manager in a children's group home, a therapeutic support worker, a probation officer and as an attorney in private practice.
