After completing a clerkship with (former) Justice Russell Nigro of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, I started my career as a litigator at DLA Piper, focusing on construction and transportation matters. I then moved on to work at various companies, where I gained experience in both privately held and publicly traded companies, serving as general counsel and taking on various business development roles.

Mr. Dailey represents businesses and business owners in disputes that arise out of mergers and acquisitions, disagreements between owners, damaged customer or client relationships, improper actions taken by competitors, or investigations by regulators such as the SEC or PCAOB.
