Ms. Longer is a graduate of Villanova Law School and has been practicing in Lancaster County for over 15 years, after several years as a corporate attorney. Ms. Longer has significant appellate experience and welcomes referrals from other attorneys whose practice does not include appeals. Prior to joining the Bar in Lancaster County, Ms. Longer was the Vice President and General Counsel of Intelligent Electronics, Inc., a publicly-traded national franchisor and distributor of computer products.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mr. Samley graduated from Millersville University with honors in Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics. He received his law degree from the Dickinson School of Law in 1992. He is admitted to practice before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Attorney Gillespie has nearly 20 years of courtroom litigation experience. He has successfully prosecuted numerous cases as an Assistant District Attorney, including Murder, Arson, White Collar Crimes, Insurance Fraud and Homicide by Vehicle, sex assaults and large-scale drug distribution enterprises. As a civil litigator, he has litigated personal injury, contract, trespass, collection and employment cases.

I joined Reager & Adler following the completion of a clerkship position with the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania. Before going to law school, I served honorably in the United States Air Force as an Electronic Warfare Avionics Technician for the B-1B Bomber. My focus areas are real estate transactions, business law and advisory services, estate planning and administration, land use, zoning, and municipal law. I live in the Harrisburg area with my wife and children, and I enjoy hiking, wood working, and metal detecting.
