David S. Nenner has over 30 years of experience representing clients in criminal cases in Pennsylvania state and federal courts. He routinely handles complex, serious felony matters including murder, drug possession, drug dealing and gun possession.

His cases have been featured in both national and local news. Multiple major homicide cases were featured in the news after his clients were found Not Guilty after a trial or the charges were dropped after Mr. Nenner's investigation.

Attorney John P. Winicov received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University, with honors. He received his J.D. in 1986 from Catholic University School of Law. Following law school Mr. Winicov worked as an Assistant Public Defender in Chester County, Pennsylvania from 1987 until 1991 where he handled hundreds of criminal cases and appeals. After leaving the Public Defender's Office, Mr. Winicov practiced criminal law and personal injury law with a firm in Philadelphia.
