Kelly concentrates her practice in Business and Commercial Litigation and Class Action. Kelly focuses on eDiscovery and information management. Kelly’s practice encompasses all phases of electronic discovery, from preservation and collection to review and production of large volumes of electronically stored information. Kelly earned her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law after graduating with a B.S. from the University of Scranton. Prior to joining Kang Haggerty, Kelly worked for a national transportation practice where she gained significant experience in commercial and contract litigation and eData management.

TIMOTHY WORRALL is an associate with Martin Law who practices workers’ compensation law. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Worrall held several legal intern positions, working in a Criminal and Civil Defense law firm in the Philadelphia area, the Defender’s Association of Philadelphia, the Montgomery County Public Defender’s Office, and Mazzoni Center Legal Services. Mr. Worrall received his undergraduate degree in criminal justice and political science from Widener University in 2013 where he graduated summa cum laude.
