I have been actively engaged in the practice of law for over 20 years. I concentrate my practice in bankruptcy and debtor/creditor rights. I have an extensive legal practice representing individuals and businesses in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 filings. I am a member of the Bar Association of Lehigh County as well as a member of the Berks County Bar Association, Middle District Bankruptcy Bar Association, and the Eastern District Bankruptcy Conference.

Born and raised in Lancaster County, Mr. Samley graduated from Millersville University with honors in Business Administration and a minor in Mathematics.
