After getting his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and working as an auditor for Ernst & Whinney (now known as Ernst & Young), Jeffrey H. Ochrach began his practice of law at a large firm in San Francisco. He is a trial attorney who focuses his practice on the areas of business law, real estate law, business and financial aspects of family law, and lawyer malpractice law. I have a general civil practice, emphasizing real estate, personal injuries and collections. I presently have cases in San Joaquin, Alameda, Santa Clara and Stanislaus counties. As a sole practitioner I am the attorney who handles all aspects of all of my cases. I have 39 years experience, and I try to settle cases when possible, otherwise I try to get the best results without unnecessary problems and costs.

Since 1976 our firm has handled Condominium Collection for both commercial owners' associations and homeowners' associations, represented insurance companies in collections of costs awarded in favor of their successfully representation at trial, defended American with Disability Act (ADA) cases, handled numerous Relief from the Automatic Stay matters in all of the Bankruptcy Courts throughout California as well as other Adversary or Creditor matters in Bankruptcy Court, handled numerous civil appeals in both State and Federal Court, represented a firm in a collection matter as a member of the Southern District of Indiana, tried numerous bench and jury trials in both...
