I am a Colorado lawyer working to assist individuals and businesses with business, property, and litigation matters. My practice is centered in northern Colorado. I have a special interest in property law, which includes easements and access issues, land use, boundary issues, conveyancing, title issues, HOA law, landlord/tenant matters, and eminent domain. I also have significant experience litigating property, business, and contract matters at the trial court level and appeals.

I help businesses and entrepreneurs understand their risks, effectively solve legal and strategic problems, and design strategies to structure and capitalize on opportunities.
