Chicago, Illinois Real Estate Lawyer I help clients purchase and sell homes, condos, coops and apartment buildings in Chicago and surrounding communities. I am a sole practitioner. My client matters get my personal attention, as opposed to a secretary, paralegal or clerk's. Support staff is nice, but when someone hires me to do a job, I am going to see that it gets done. I am especially focused on residential properties with 1-4 living units. I help first time home buyers; buyers who are new to the Chicago area and more seasoned / sophisticated buyers and sellers as well.
