My focus is on local businesses that need outside general counsel: both for routine business issues, and for litigation.

Shikha Parikh is licensed to practice law in the State of Maryland and the Commonwealth of Virginia. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, with a Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Shereese earned her Bachelors in Business Administration from Howard University in 2009, and was awarded her J.D. degree from Charlotte School of Law in 2017. During her law school career, Shereese worked in the School's Wills Practitioner's Clinic where she primarily assisted members of the community with their estate planning needs. Shereese also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society during her final two years of law school. .


Before beginning her legal career, Shereese worked several years in the Office of Sponsored Programs at Howard University

Douglas S. Walker represents businesses in a variety of corporate matters. His practice includes entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, sales, reorganizations, joint ventures, drafting and negotiating employment agreements and buy-sell agreements, and general business planning. Mr. Walker also represents individuals and developers in a variety of commercial real estate transactions. His real estate practice includes representing clients in real estate development, financing, acquisition and the preparation and negotiation of declarations, easements and other real estate development documents. Mr. Walker also represents numerous local and national financial institutions in commercial financing transactions.

Attorney Adams, born in Montgomery, AL, graduated from Oberlin College in Ohio, and moved to Washington, DC to attend American University's Washington College of Law. Following graduation from American, Attorney Adams became a member of the Maryland and DC bars.
