Born in Ann Arbor, Michigan in 1946 and a lifelong resident of Port Huron, Mr. Davidson obtained a B.A. in English from the University of Michigan in 1968. After four years in the U.S. Navy, he graduated with a J.D. from Wayne State University in 1975. My practice is varied and litigation oriented and includes almost four decades of experience. I am admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts; the Federal District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan, the Northern District of Indiana, and the Federeal Bankruptcy Court in Northern Kentucky; and the Supreme Court of the United States. My real estate practice has included considerable work in the area of Condominium Law besides work in title issues, transfers, and development matters.

Mr. Shaw has been serving the legal needs of Macomb, Oakland, St. Clair, and Wayne County families and businesses for over 25 years. After leading an investment banking firm, Charles R.
