I’m a retired Police Sergeant with over 20 years of service and a former Probation Officer. I have over 22 years experience in law enforcement which helps broaden my knowledge and experience in defending criminal, dwi, dui, traffic tickets and other criminal matters in Municipal Court and Superior Court and other county courts throughout the state of New Jersey. I’m admitted to the New Jersey and NY Bar.

I earned my Bachelor's degree in Economics from American University in Washington, D.C., and later received my Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Drake University Law School. I also earned credits toward my law degree from New York Law School and Rutgers University Law School-Newark. In 1982, I was admitted to practice law in the United States District Court and all courts in the State of New Jersey. Thomas E. Napolitano holds a BA degree from Georgetown University. He received his basic law degree (J.D. cum laude) from New York University (NYU) where he received a Founder’s Day award and was a member of the Order of the Coif, a national legal honor society. Mr. Napolitano received a Masters in Law (LLM in taxation) from NYU. He was admitted to the New Jersey Bar in 1972.
