I am a general practitioner with an emphasis in criminal defense and personal injury who practices in northeast Ohio, including Wayne, Ashland, Medina, Holmes, and Richland counties.

Accomplished attorney with 10 years of experience as Chief Administrative Officer for a national industrial company and 14 years of experience focusing on general counsel representation and corporate transactions, including but not limited to: business contracts drafting/review/negotiations; business advice and strategic planning; real estate and leasing transactions; regulatory compliance matters; environmental transactions; acquisitions and dispositions; and litigation management/dispute resolution.

Brittany is a native of Shaker Heights, Ohio, and a die-hard Browns and Guardians fan. She is a proud magna cum laude graduate of the Cleveland State University College of Law. Attorney Rodd S. Lawrence received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Vanderbilt and was admitted to the both the Ohio Bar and the U.S. District Court Southern District of Ohio Bar in 1988.
