Ron Tate focuses his practice on business and commercial law, including design and construction matters. He also has significant appellate experience before the South Carolina Court of Appeals. Ron has volunteered extensively in the Greenville community and is a graduate of Leadership Greenville and Leadership South Carolina. He is currently serving on the board of the Alliance for Quality Education in Greenville. Ron is a member of the Greenville County Bar Association, the South Carolina Bar, the Defense Research Institute, and the South Carolina Defense Trial Attorneys' Association. He serves as ethics counsel to the firm.

Bo is a graduate of Furman University with a degree in Business (B.S. 2011), Winthrop University with a Masters in Business (M.B.A. 2013), and Charleston School of Law (J.D. 2017). He is a member of Grace Church and resides in Travelers Rest with his wife Rachel who is the firm's office manager. Bo is licensed to practice in all South Carolina and North Carolina state and federal courts. His primary focus includes Personal Injury Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall, and Social Security Disability.

Johnny Gardner is a dedicated trial attorney with decades of courtroom experience. He began his legal career in 1992 as a Solicitor for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit. Stephen Yacobi graduated from Wofford College with honors and received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1980. He is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and has been since 1993. Chase moved to Greenville in 2001 after graduating from USC School of Law and began work as a prosecutor for the Thirteenth Circuit in Pickens, and later in Greenville County.
