Mr. Gilbert assists families in both the employment law and in special education law. He believes a wrongful termination affects an entire family. Additionally, Mr. Gilbert has long been active in upholding the rights of schoolchildren with disabilities—those who have individual education plans (IEPs) or 504 plans.

Bill Cremins enjoys representing clients in truck and car crash cases, and work related cases, as well as family law cases, such as divorce and custody cases. Margaret Held has known she wanted to be a lawyer since she was 8 years old, hearing the stories of her grandfather's practice in Knoxville. I graduated from the University of Tennessee College of Law and have over ten years experience as an attorney.
