Mr. Boiano graduated from the University of Rhode Island with his B.A in English and continued on his education at Mississippi College School of Law. Mr. Gilbert assists families in both the employment law and in special education law. He believes a wrongful termination affects an entire family. Additionally, Mr. Gilbert has long been active in upholding the rights of schoolchildren with disabilities—those who have individual education plans (IEPs) or 504 plans.

I hail from Clarksville, Tennessee, where I have been practicing law for eighteen years. I am a second-generation attorney, continuing the legacy of legal practice in my family. I am married and have been for sixteen years, and together we have three children. In my practice, I focus on family law, handling cases that range from child custody and support to divorce, orders of protection, and domestic violence. I am fortunate to work alongside two wonderful assistants who have been with me for fifteen years, supporting our clients through their legal challenges.

I practice criminal defense, divorce/family law, personal injury law, and wills/estates in Warren County, TN and the surrounding counties.
