I hail from Clarksville, Tennessee, where I have been practicing law for eighteen years. I am a second-generation attorney, continuing the legacy of legal practice in my family. I am married and have been for sixteen years, and together we have three children. In my practice, I focus on family law, handling cases that range from child custody and support to divorce, orders of protection, and domestic violence. I am fortunate to work alongside two wonderful assistants who have been with me for fifteen years, supporting our clients through their legal challenges.

With over 30 years' experience representing individuals and small businesses, Daniel L. Wischhof is a familiar figure in the legal communities of Davidson, Williamson, Sumner, Robertson, Wilson, and Maury counties and the entire Middle Tennessee area.
