I am a Memphis, Tennessee-based attorney admitted to practice law in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas, and I concentrate my practice on federal criminal defense, appellate law, and federal employment law, with an emphasis on the Family and Medical Leave Act ("FMLA"), and the Americans with Disabilities Act ("ADA" or "ADAAA").

I am a trial and consulting attorney representing individuals and businesses on a variety of matters.
